 Full Coordination Package  A service designed for those couples who are
extremely busy or are just overwhelmed by so many choices. I will give
you my full attention to detail. You will explain your vision to me and I
will research every aspect and give
you only the best options along with my industry advice. Specifically to
include selection of attire (full wedding party), hair, make-up and
accessories, stationary, Ceremony planning (floral, transportation and out of town
guest accommodations) and Reception planning (catering, décor, music and
entertainment, photography/ videography, favors/ gifts and child care). The following is included:
- I will coordinate, negotiate
and handle all your vendors from initial meetings to contract revisions to
execution
- I will be responsible for
your budget; creating a personalized budget, keeping a rolling tally of
expenses, making sure payments are made on time and ideally coming in
under budget by wedding day
- As many meetings as needed,
unlimited emails/ calls, access to the wedding day emergency kit as well
as my knowledge, time and research
- Access to all my planning
documents- introductory meeting information sheet, state marriage
requirements, personalized countdown timeline and checklist, full budget
breakdown, personalized budget, vendor checklists, personalized day of
timeline, wedding party responsibilities and preferred vendor list
- I will create a personalized
timeline two weeks before the wedding for all vendors and the wedding
party
- Coordinate the rehearsal
ceremony and dinner
- I will keep a file just for
you to include a client wedding log to keep track of evolving updates such
as vendor selections, meetings and ideas
