Partial Coordination
This package is for the couple that already
started planning and may have some details in place but need a professional to
ensure the success of their day. After meeting to discuss your vision, I
will evaluate the details you already have in place and offer my research and
advice for remaining decisions. This package can vary greatly depending
the amount of planning assistance you need and want. The following is
included:
- I will set up and attend as
many vendor meetings as needed, to include negotiations and reviewing of
contracts
- Budget organization; creating
a personalized budget, updating you on the rolling tally of expenses and
ideally coming in under budget by wedding day
- I will be available for
monthly meetings and emails/ calls to ensure that you are staying on track
- Access to all planning
documents and the wedding day emergency kit
- I will create a personalized
timeline two weeks before the wedding for all vendors and the wedding
party
- Coordinate the rehearsal
ceremony and dinner
- I will keep a file just for
you to include a client wedding log to keep track of evolving updates such
as vendor selections, meetings and ideas
The Day of Coordination package is included, so the whole day of the wedding
I will be on hand to ensure all of our hard work comes to life. This
package ensures that from budgeting to the last dance, I will be there to guide
you in your planning and give my expert advice on each detail.

Day of Coordination Package
This package is more than just one day of
organization! A wedding is an incredibly complex event to orchestrate and
even though all the details are in place the last thing the bride wants to do
is to coordinate her own wedding. In order for you to breathe easy and
enjoy your day, my work begins one month to two weeks from the wedding
day. I will meet with you to review all the arrangements you have made
for your big day. Once I know your vision, I will:
- Meet with each vendor to
review the contract in order to make sure both parties are agreed upon the
expectations of all details small to large
- Create personalized day of
timelines for all vendors and the wedding party
- Upon request, I can create a
personalized countdown checklist to make sure you stay on track on every
detail over the last remaining weeks
- Coordinate the rehearsal
ceremony and dinner
- Give you and your bridal party access to my emergency wedding day kit
Finally, I will arrive early
on the wedding day to ensure the timeline flows as planned and stay late
to ensure the couple, the site managers, each vendor and every guest leave
happy! Price: $500-750
