NEW! Hourly Consultation
This service is for all the couples who don't have the budget for a planning package but still want professional guidance. I am offering my planning services by the hour, so that I can meet with couples to discuss the specific areas of wedding planning that are giving them the most trouble. Topics to discuss include but are not limited to:
- Overall organization, wedding budget, contract review, vendor selection, decor choices, ceremony and/or reception logistics, site visits, timeline of the day
- A La Carte items are also offered: Personalized monthly countdown checklist, personalized budget, wedding weekend planning package, site and vendor meetings (please ask for pricing)
Price: $65/hour for phone or skype meetings, $75/hour for in-person meetings*
*Meeting must be located within 1 hour driving time from either Ellicott City, MD or Bear, DE or there is an increase in price.
Day of Coordination Package
This package is more than just one day of organization! A wedding is an incredibly complex event to orchestrate and event though all the details are in place the last thing the bride wants to do is to coordinate her own wedding. In order for you to breathe easy and enjoy your day, my work begins at least eight to ten weeks from the wedding day. I will meet with you to review all the arrangements you have made for your big day. Once I know your vision, I will:
- Contact each vendor to review the contract in order to make sure both parties are agreed upon the expectations of all details
- 8 week & 4 week checklist meetings
- Create personalized day of timelines for all vendors and the wedding party
- Coordinate the rehearsal ceremony and dinner
- Give you and your bridal party access to my emergency wedding day kit
- A La Carte Items: Personalized monthly countdown checklist, personalized budget, wedding weekend planning, and vendor meetings (please ask for pricing)
Finally, I will arrive early on the wedding day to ensure the timeline flows as planned & stay late to ensure that my clients, each vendor and every guest leave happy!
Partial Coordination Package
This package is for the couple that already started planning and may have some details in place but need a professional to ensure the success of their day. After meeting to discuss your vision, I will evaluate the details you already have in place and offer my research and advice for remaining decisions. This package can vary greatly depending the amount of planning assistance you need and want. Everything in the Day of Coordination package is included plus:
- I will set up and attend as many vendor meetings as needed, to include negotiations and reviewing of contracts
- Budget organization; creating a personalized budget, updating you on the rolling tally of expenses and ideally coming in under budget by wedding day
This package ensures that from budgeting to the last dance, I will be there to guide you in your planning and give my expert advice on each detail. Price: $1,300-$1,700 Photo Credit: Sparkle Photography
Full Coordination Package
A service designed for those couples who are extremely busy or are just overwhelmed by so many choices. I will give you my full attention to detail. You will explain your vision to me and I will research every aspect and give you only the best options along with my industry advice. Specifically to include selection of attire (full wedding party), hair, make-up and accessories, stationary, Ceremony planning (floral, transportation and out of town guest accommodations) and Reception planning (catering, décor, music and entertainment, photography/videography, favors, gifts and child care). Everything in the Partial Planning package is included plus:
- I will coordinate, negotiate and handle all your vendors from initial meetings to contract revisions to execution
- I will be responsible for your budget; creating a personalized budget, keeping a rolling tally of expenses, making sure payments are made on time and ideally coming in under budget by wedding day
- As many meetings as needed, unlimited emails/ calls, access to use me as a reference; my knowledge, time and research
